Overview
Bamm solution (T) Limited is a Tanzanian company that deals with the provision of skilled and unskilled labor, trading, provision of cleaning and housekeeping services, fumigation, landscaping and levy collections.
We are hereby seeking for relevant qualified candidates for the following posts below:
Job title: Procurement Officers
Post: 2 Posts
Job Location: Dar es salaam
Age: 18-35years
Interview location: Dar es Salaam
Duties:
- Making sure that tendering documentation is professionally
- Conduct competitive bidding/tendering with potential suppliers in close cooperation with the respective department
- Establishing an effective vendor relationship and carrying out performance evaluation
- Creating and maintaining contact documents and or service level agreements
- Proactively researching and monitoring the market for new suppliers and products best price and prepositions.
- Resolving issues relating to vendor performance, undelivered, damaged materials and services.
- Invoice/good receipt query resolution among requisitions, finance, and suppliers.
- Work experience: at least two (2) years experience in purchase role dealing with services related to procurement and creation of contracts and services level agreement.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in procurement and supplies/ logistics.
- Fluent in English and Swahili language
