Reginal Manager - Arusha

Wananch Group is one of East Africa's leading broadband Internet services providers. We are looking for a Regional Manager based in Arusha for our entities both B2B & B2C (SimbaNET & Zuku)

Responsibilities

• Implementing the organization's strategy for B2B & B2C sales, developing forecast and Organization strategies to achieve sales and ensure profitability, and abreast of industry trends, markets, and competitors' activities
• Leading the team in business development and in meetings with key business stakeholders that able to be motivated and ensure a highly effective team of Sales and Customer service work-force.
• Overall in charge of Operations at Arusha including b2B & B2C (Support, New sales, up-selling, Commercials, Client Relationship, Customer service, Technical)
• will report to the Country Manger & MD B2B, B2C and CE Director

Requirements

• Degree/ Masters in Business Administration /COrporate Management / COmmunication or other fields.
• 10+ years working experience in senior sales, customer service position nin communication i industry with proven track record for the successful business developments
