Relationship Manager – Chinese/Mandarin Speaker

Location: Dar es Salaam

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Required Experience: At least 2 years of experience

Job Purpose

• To develop customer & prospect portfolio in mastering its risk for all Chinese companies and to establish new relationships
• To ensure credit application files set up and follow up
• To contribute to the analysis of counterparty risk
• Follow up customer satisfaction for Chinese Speaking Companies

Job Qualifications / Experience

• Must speak Chinese/Mandarin language

• A Bachelor degree in Banking, Commerce, Economics, Social Sciences, or any related field
• Working experience in Banking or related financial institution
• Working in a corporate setting is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of the bank’s products and services
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good negotiation and sales capabilities
• Banking technique, good knowledge of applicable legal rules and procedures
• Good knowledge of safety rules and systems
