EFIC, on behalf of a client, is actively seeking to recruit motivated Sales & Marketing Officers Volunteers to undertake the responsibilities outlined below.

Core Structure of the Role

• Candidates who achieve the set sales targets and demonstrate the highest conversion metrics during the volunteer period will be offered an official, permanent employment contract with the company.
• Applicants must be high-energy, aggressive networkers who are comfortable operating in fast-paced commercial environments like Dar es Salaam (Kariakoo) and engaging with high-level corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively generate new corporate leads through physical visits, networking, and institutional event activations.
• Effectively pitch the company's premier branding, printing, signage, and general supply solutions to corporate accounts.

• Manage the client pipeline from the initial quote (Pro-forma Invoice) through to order closing and ensuring payment confirmation.
• Provide accurate weekly data tracking for the Sales Dashboard.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related commercial field.
• 1-2 years of field sales or corporate client-facing experience. Experience within the printing, advertising, or corporate gifting industry is a significant advantage.
• Strong persuasive communication skills, professional persistence (Fidelity), and proficiency in basic report compilation.
