Station Manager – Fuel Station
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily station operations including fuel sales, convenience store, and ancillary services
- Monitor fuel deliveries and ensure quality control
- Manage staff schedules, performance, training, and motivation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock.
- Handle cash management, banking, and reconciliation processes.
- Maintain accurate records and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Implement company policies and operational procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security across the station premises
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a fuel station or retail environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Solid understanding of inventory and financial management
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
- Advance Diploma in business administration or accounting
