Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily station operations including fuel sales, convenience store, and ancillary services.
Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to attract new customers and drive repeat business.
Monitor fuel deliveries and ensure quality control.
Manage staff schedules, performance, training, and motivation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock.
Handle cash management, banking, and reconciliation processes.
Maintain accurate records and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Implement company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements:
Proven experience of not less than 4 years in managing a fuel station.
Strong marketing experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Solid understanding of inventory and financial management.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
Advance Diploma in business administration or accounting.
