Work Station: Dar es Salaam Zone & Kagera Zone
Basic Job Functions
- Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to Team Leaders
- Implementation of Sales strategies at the Zonal level
- Establish effective relationships and collaborations with the key stakeholders
- Motivation, mentoring and ensuring high energy levels of the teams in sales
- Review reports from all branches
Job Qualification & Skills
- Minimum of University Degree in Bachelor Administration or any business related field.
- Proven experience in leading, coaching, supervising and managing a team.
- Two years or above working experience
Additional Attributes
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Good problem analysis and solving skills
- Ability to coach, lead and manage a team
- Achievement of Sales target
- Possess analytical, Good communication, and reporting skills
