FINANCE OFFICER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions and record keeping
• Coordinate financial reporting and consolidation across the Group and subsidiaries
• Review subsidiary financial statements, reconciliations and intercompany variances
• Monitor budgets, cash flows and financial performance across business units
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, audit and Group financial-control requirements
• Support subsidiary finance teams and escalate significant financial risks to the Group CFO

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CPA / ACCA or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 3 years' experience in finance or accounting
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Experience in multi-sector or group operations is an advantage
