T-MARC Tanzania is a non-profit Tanzanian organization working to improve public health and promote social development. Our socially marketed products and behavior change communication initiatives address pertinent health issues in family planning and reproductive health, child survival, water and sanitation, nutrition and communicable/non-communicable infections like malaria, HIV/AIDS and cervical cancer.

Currently, we are seeking suitably qualified candidates to fill in the below positions for USAID Social Enterprise Support Activity (USESA). T-MARC through USESA grows the total market for priority health products by applying social enterprise responsibly: focusing on increasing users, reducing inequities, mitigating risks of crowding out the commercial sector, and sharing evidence and learning with all stakeholders.

Position: Accountant

Reports to: Finance Manager

Location: Dar es Salaam 

Broad Function:

Documents financial transactions by entering account information. The incumbent is responsible for receiving all sales orders and product requests, conducting and developing month-end reconciliation reports of all sales and cash deposits.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or closely related field plus five years of relevant, progressively experience, preferably. Experience with U.S. government rules and regulations and experience working in an NGO environment desirable. CPA is an added advantage
