Basic Job Functions

• Support recruitment of sales agents to ensure achievement of sales targets and team retention
• Conduct loan appraisals in line with credit and compliance policies while supporting loan recovery.
• Manage branch assets and inventory, ensuring proper usage, maintenance, and compliance.
• Drive sales performance by implementing strategies for new and repeat business growth
• Cross-sell loan products and assist in converting leads from various channels
• Ensure strict adherence to credit, customer service, collection and compliance policy

Desired Qualifications

• At least a Diploma in any business-related discipline from a recognized institution
• At least 3 years' experience in sales and marketing
• Understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing financial institutions in Tanzania
• Understanding, dynamics and knowledge of the financial industry.
• Ability to deliver as a team and as an individual.
