Position Overview
Working station: Dar es Salaam
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
First Degree, College Certificate, or Ordinary Diploma in Marketing or related fields.
Relevant qualifications in Sales or Business Administration are also considered.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in brand marketing and related fields or BTL (Below The Line) marketing.
Strong understanding of sales-driven marketing and promotions.
Proven experience in planning and managing marketing activations and campaigns.
Skills and Attributes:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
High level of discipline, integrity, and professionalism.
Clean criminal record.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Positive and professional attitude.
Valid driving license and the ability to drive is mandatory.
