Charter Division Manager - Coastal Aviation

Locations: Dar es Salaam & Arusha, Tanzania

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage charter flight sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate, tourism, NGO, government, and private clients.
• Prepare charter quotations and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless charter execution.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Aviation, or related field.

• Experience in charter sales and charter operations in Tanzania.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Aviation or tourism industry knowledge is an added advantage.
