Collaborative Content Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Collaborative Content Officer to join our Marketing team in Dar es Salaam. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-quality content across AzamPesa, Sarafu, and AzamPay. You will work closely with our marketing teams to ensure that all content is consistent and on-brand and that you effectively communicate our messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage content calendars for AzamPay, AzamPesa, and SARAFU.
• Create original content for various platforms, including social media and websites.
• Oversee visual content creation and ensure it aligns with brand guidelines.
• Lead creative brainstorming sessions and provide direction to the photography and videography teams.
• Review and approve all creative content to maintain high standards of quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in content creation and creative direction.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video production tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
