BRAC Tanzania Finance LTD is seeking applications from competent, dynamic and self-motivated individual to fill up the following position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Survey of the businesses, find out potential entrepreneurs and assess them properly through physical visit of entrepreneur’s business and residence and Collateral
- Organizing and managing clients to facilitate transactions with the organization and contribute to developing the portfolio of the branch.
- Confirm and verify the necessary documents of entrepreneurs (trading license, land agreement, Tenancy Agreement, Spouse consent, Nominee and guarantor’s information etc. while client will decide to have loan from BRAC
- Processing loan application and ensuring timely disbursement of loan to the right client after fulfilling all requirements as per the SEP lending policy
- Ensure daily attendance, movement and client’s business visit.
- Admission of new clients according to target and facilitating loan disbursement to ideal borrowers.
- Identification of potential clients through survey.
- Ensuring installment collection on the definite collection date and making effort to overdue realization as per target set.
- Execution of work according to regulations and circulars
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Read, understand, practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in Microfinance industry
- Strong People/relationship skills with customer service
- Teamwork Orientation
- Action and Results are oriented with good time management and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Local language
- Graduate or diploma education level majoring Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Public Administration or Microfinance Management & Enterprise Development and related.
- Fresh with field studies or 1 to 2 years’ working experience in Microfinance industry.
