Position Overview
The Credit Relationship Officer position is open in Dar es Salaam with Kfinance.
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Professional Experience
Minimum of 3 years in financial services or banking, with a focus on:
- Credit analysis
- Loan underwriting
- Sales and marketing
- Risk management
Proven track record in:
- Managing credit portfolios
- Making sound lending decisions
Technical and Analytical Skills
Strong ability to:
- Interpret financial statements ajira
- Perform cashflow analysis
- Evaluate creditworthiness
Familiarity with:
- Regulatory compliance
- Up-to-date knowledge of market trends
- Institutional products and services
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
