Wananchi Cable Tanzania Limited (WCTL) is part of the Wananchi Group and one of East Africa's leading broadband Internet service providers. 

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will work independently to provide professional and focused customer service both internally and externally. He/she will be reporting to Team Leader - CE TZ 

Key Roles: 

• Prepare plans and viable strategies for achievement of set sales targets. 
• Monitor the performance of the team assigned and recommend changes if any 
• Retaining existing clients to develop repeat business relationship and maximize revenue 
• Collect, analyses and communicate market & competitor intelligence for business improvement 
• To lead, develop and motivate the sales team and lease with sales training coordinator to ensure that the team assigned is continuously trained and motivated 

Qualifications: 

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing or Business Adminstration 
• 2 years Customer Service Experience, in Technical Support 
• Experience in telecom projects And deployment. 
• Excellent communication skills
