Job Description
Wananchi Cable Tanzania Limited (WCTL) is part of the Wananchi Group and one of East Africa's leading broadband Internet service providers.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will work independently to provide professional and focused customer service both internally and externally. He/she will be reporting to Team Leader - CE TZ
Key Roles:
- Prepare plans and viable strategies for achievement of set sales targets.
- Monitor the performance of the team assigned and recommend changes if any
- Retaining existing nafasi za kaziclients to develop repeat business relationship and maximize revenue
- Collect, analyses and communicate market & competitor intelligence for business improvement
- To lead, develop and motivate the sales team and lease with sales training coordinator to ensure that the team assigned is continuously trained and motivated
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing or Business Adminstration
- 2 years Customer Service Experience, in Technical Support
- Experience in telecom projects And deployment.
- Excellent communication skills
