Job Purpose

To establish, maintain and improve the maintenance planning and scheduling of all equipment to ensure "right-first-time job performance and support to the company to ensure full operational efficiency so that equipment reliability is maximized while seeking optimum 'tool time' from maintenance technicians in compliance with the company 

Job Qualities/ Experience 

• Degree in Electromechanical or similar 
• Post Graduate Degree in Electromechanical
• Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic
• Engineering experience in a similar environment with 1 to 2 years in a managerial position..
• Boiler and compressors experience in a similar environment
• Ability to plan the work program and identify critical objectives and issues for the on and off season
• Experience in Health, Safety, and Security
• Verbal and written English and Swahili and ability to prepare and present relatively complex situations
