LOCATION: MOROGORO

HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for developing creative designs and marketing materials that support brand visibility, product promotion, and corporate communication across all channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop creative designs for marketing campaigns, product promotions, and corporate branding materials.
• Design digital content for social media platforms, website, email marketing, and online advertisements.
• Create print materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, catalogues, and billboards.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual communications.
• Support the marketing team in developing creative concepts and campaign themes.
• Prepare artwork for printing and ensure high-quality output standards.
• Edit and enhance product images for advertising and promotional use.
• Develop visual presentations for internal and external business use.
• Coordinate with external vendors such as printers, media agencies, and branding suppliers when required.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Maintain an organized archive of design files and marketing materials.
• Stay updated on design trends and recommend innovative ideas for brand improvement.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate or marketing environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to translate ideas into visual content.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality designs within tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
