Mega Beverage is Hiring: Health, Safety, and Environment Officer

Mega Beverage is seeking a dedicated and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the well-being of our employees, safeguarding our facilities, and upholding environmental compliance within our operations.

Objectives of the Role:

• To safeguard employees, facilities, and the environment by managing occupational health.
• To oversee process safety and fire prevention measures.
• To ensure responsible chemical handling practices.
• To maintain environmental compliance within Mega Beverage operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HSE within the manufacturing sector, specifically FMCG or Beverages.

• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
• Proven skills and experience in risk assessment and hazard identification.
• Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Professional Certifications (Preferred):

• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent.
• ISO 45001/ISO 14001 Internal Auditor Training.
• First Aid & Fire Safety Training.
