POSITION: IT Expert 

INDUSTRY: Construction Material Supplier 

REPORTS TO: Directors 

JOB LOCATION: Dar es Salaam 

JOB PURPOSE 

The role holder will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing hardware & software components of the organization's computers. He/She will also support these systems through remote access or site visits as needed by management. 

PREFERRED EDUCATION 

Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar 

CERTIFICATION/LICENSE 

Google Apps Certified Deployment 

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE 

• Group Policy Configuration 
• SAP Knowledge 
• Windows Server with Active directly 
• Knowledge of MS Office 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 

Minimum 4 years of IT experience 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Exchange Server Troubleshooting and upgrade 
• Client OS Installation and troubleshooting 
• Router Setup/Configuration and Troubleshooting Vmware Esxi Server Configuration/ Disaster Recovery 

KEY COMPETENCIES 

• Networking 
• Sophos Firewall UTM 
• Application publishing 
• Knowledge of basic English language
