Position: IT Interns (2 Posts)

Description:

• Provide basic IT support to staff and users.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Assist in maintaining computer systems and networks and support user account and system access management.
• Perform routine system maintenance and data backups.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation.
• Assist in IT projects and system upgrades.
• Adhere to IT security policies and best practices.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Proficiency in MS Office and common operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
