Key Account Officer – LPG Network

HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Key Account Officer – LPG Network who will be responsible for managing and growing the LPG customer portfolio, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and driving sales performance across the cylinder distribution network. The ideal candidate will have a strong business mindset, hands-on experience in field operations, and a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase customer portfolio and expand the LPG distribution network.

  • Ensure all customers operate strictly within their designated areas of demarcation.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with agreed business objectives.

  • Supervise LPG resellers and ensure compliance with contractual and safety obligations.

  • Drive the growth and efficiency of the LPG cylinder distribution network.

  • Conduct regular customer visits, providing training to distributors, resellers, and customers on safe LPG handling and usage.

  • Monitor cylinder weight and product quality to ensure market consistency.

  • Inspect customer sites, installations, and warehouses to ensure compliance with government and company safety standards.

  • Manage HSSEQ compliance across all customer operations.

  • Maintain and enforce company brand image and operational standards within the assigned territory.

  • Monitor competitor activities and provide timely feedback to the Head of Sales for strategic decision-making.

  • Ensure high standards of customer service and provide immediate support for customer complaints.

  • Oversee customer order processes, ensuring timely and accurate product deliveries.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive delivery and route plan to meet customer demand.

  • Ensure consistent stock levels of filled LPG cylinders and accessories at depots, resellers, and retail outlets.

  • Prepare and share weekly activity reports covering sales performance, compliance, and market trends.

  • Adhere to company vehicle and safety policies to ensure personal and company property protection.

  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to strengthen brand presence and boost sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, key account management, or distribution—preferably within the Oil & Gas or LPG sector.

  • Valid driving license is mandatory.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Entrepreneurial and business-oriented mindset with customer-centric focus.

  • High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.

  • Ability to analyze market dynamics and recommend actionable strategies.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools

  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
