Job Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Human resources (Management/Development)
  • General work experience at least five years in the same field
  • Background in the manufacturing industry is essential
  • Ability -competence to facilitate/train-learning sessions (Evidence, minimum 2- facilitation days of a variety of programs (min 3 different programs)
  • Willingness and flair to engage the audience -a flair for public speaking and interest in people
  • Curriculum/content development: ability/competence to build training program content suitable to business context (due customization) and needs of the learning
  • Instructional design and content building
  • Business needs – training needs analysis
  • Training effectiveness – creating measures to assess training effectiveness and implementing them
  • Competent in both English and Swahili
