Job Description

Industry: Manufacturing

Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree

Required Experience: At least 5 years

Job Purpose

To co-operate with HRM company’s continued business success by ensuring workforce competence through implementing LTD strategy

Job Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Human resources (Management/Development)
General work experience at least five years in the same field
Background in the manufacturing industry is essential
Ability -competence to facilitate/train-learning sessions (Evidence, minimum 2- facilitation days of a variety of programs (min 3 different programs)

Willingness and flair to engage the audience -a flair for public speaking and interest in people
Curriculum/content development: ability/competence to build training program content suitable to business context (due customization) and needs of the learning
Instructional design and content building
Business needs – training needs analysis
Training effectiveness – creating measures to assess training effectiveness and implementing them
Competent in both English and Swahili
