💼 Your role looks like:

• Owning the accounting rhythm, from daily entries to balance sheet reconciliations
• Safeguarding stock, cash, and systems like they’re rare species (because, in this setting, they kind of are)
• Calling the shots on payroll prep, management accounts, and supplier payments
• Bringing calm precision to monthly finance meetings and budget forecasts
• Leading internal audits, asking the hard questions, and never settling for “it’s always been done this way”

• Training, supporting, and raising the financial game for every team member, from FOH to safari shop

🧭 You bring:

• A degree in finance (CPA = big brownie points)
• 3–4 years in the trenches of accounting or lodge finance
• A solid handle on Excel and ideally PanStrat
• Integrity, grit, and a heart that asks why as often as it asks how much
• Fluency in English, patience in abundance, and the kind of curiosity that reads a spreadsheet like a map
