Lubricants B2C Manager

HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Lubricants B2C Manager responsible for maximizing business value from lubricants sales across all B2C channels, leading the sales team, and delivering market share, volume, and profitability growth in Tanzania.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve sales targets on volume, margin, through effective sales force management and execution.
- Recruit new customers and retain existing B2C lubricant clients in accordance with company procedures.
- Develop and implement operational plans for B2C lubricants to drive growth across retail and all B2C channels.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities jointly with the Tanzania Marketer.
- Coordinate B2C lubricants initiatives with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Retail to unlock cross-channel value.
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the B2C sales team to meet current and future business needs.
- Embed practices in all customer value proposition activities and interactions.
- Control credit, rebates, discounts, and pricing within approved boundaries.
- Implement marketing, sales development, and technical programs to enhance customer value and brand presence.
- Drive the consistent use of sales tools within the team.
- Participate in the development and execution of B2C market strategies and tactical growth.
- Ensure consistent implementation of B2C customer value propositions and strategic alignment across all channels.
- Coordinate business plans, initiatives, and pricing strategies across internal departments to ensure coherence and prevent conflict.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in B2C commercial roles including Marketing, Sales, and Channel Management.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and customer-centric skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Strong selling, negotiation, coaching, and people-development capability.
- Ability to deliver results under pressure and work collaboratively across functions.
- Knowledge of channel management, pricing, lubricants products, and supply chain coordination.
