Job Summary
The primary objective of the Marketing Officers is to ensure the growth of the company through the development of new business. He/She is responsible for: -Generate new business opportunities to fuel company through the identification of business prospects and qualified leads -Meet or exceed all new business development objectives. -Form strategic accounts and close plans including customer profiles, targeted programs, forecast reports, and action items. -Develop, share, and maintain an in‐depth knowledge of all key competitors.
Job Description
- Responsible for securing new customers, maintaining and developing existing accounts. Develop and implement sales plans that provide clearly defined strategies, tactics, and time frames to maximize revenue.
- Partner with clients through strategic and consultative sales approach to understand their business priorities, needs and strategies to deliver a value-add business solution. nafasi za kazi
- Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly/monthly sales meetings.
- Maintain records of customer details/sales visits.
- Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner including following up with clients for outstanding payments supported by the Finance Controller
Education and Experience
- Holding a diploma/bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer relationship
- Previous experience in sales and marketing
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Flexibility in working hours
