Marketing & Sales Operations Specialist
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership & Supervision:
Lead and supervise Customer Care Representatives, Social Media Managers, Graphics Designers, Content Creators, and Sales Representatives.
Manage daily tasks, ensure professionalism, and conduct performance reviews.
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and convert them into paying customers.
Plan campaigns across social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), WhatsApp marketing, and field sales.
Sales & Customer Acquisition Oversight:
Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion rates, set sales targets, and track performance.
Provide marketing materials and support.
Customer Communication & Experience:
Ensure timely and professional customer communication (calls, WhatsApp, social media).
Focus on improving customer onboarding and product demonstrations.
Content & Branding Management:
Approve all marketing content and graphics.
Ensure brand messaging consistency across all platforms and plan content calendars.
Reporting & Accountability:
Prepare and submit weekly activity reports, monthly performance/growth reports, sales performance summaries, and campaign effectiveness analysis to the CEO.
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
1-2 years experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or digital media
Basic understanding of social media marketing and customer acquisition
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
