What You'll Do

  • Support alumni engagement through events, communications, and the Alumni Association.

  • Contribute to initiatives such as employability and entrepreneurship programs, Alumni Reunions, and Alumni Spirit programs.

  • Identify and engage alumni who have achieved significant success and made a notable impact across various sectors.

  • Assist in developing compelling alumni stories by gathering insights, quotes, and drafting initial content.

  • Create and manage alumni communications, including newsletters, social media updates, and portal content.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience or a strong interest in writing, storytelling, or content development.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly in written form.

  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a willingness to learn new systems.
