Operations Manager

INDUSTRY: CONSTRUCTION

HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit an Operations Manager who will be responsible for supervising overall operations of the aluminium and glass business, ensuring efficient project execution, quality control, and effective team coordination within the construction and building materials sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily operations of aluminium and glass production, installation, and project activities.
• Supervise teams involved in fabrication, installation, and project execution.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor material usage and coordinate procurement of aluminium, glass, and related supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company operational procedures.
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Monitor project progress and prepare operational reports for management.
• Resolve operational challenges and ensure efficient workflow across departments.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of equipment and tools.
• Support business growth by identifying operational improvements and efficiency opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in aluminium, glass, construction, or building materials industry.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium and glass fabrication and installation processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good project coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
