Operations Manager/Assistant
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- To oversee operational transactions in the branch by ensuring that all transactions are performed properly i.e verified, authenticated and posted properly; ajira
- To manage all customer service issues in cooperation with the customer service team and ensure customer satisfaction
