Parts Logistics Supervisor

HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Parts Logistics Supervisor responsible for ensuring efficient parts procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and timely parts availability to support aftersales operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare parts orders and track movement of parts from ordering to delivery.
• Ensure timely and accurate parts ordering in line with supplier standards and operational requirements.
• Maintain and strengthen effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and clearing agents.
• Manage stock ordering and Vehicle Off Road (VOR) parts requests.
• Monitor parts availability and minimize lost sales due to stock shortages.
• Coordinate stock receiving, stock release, and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Organize and support stock-taking exercises and inventory audits.
• Ensure damaged parts in transit are properly documented and processed for insurance claims.
• Prepare monthly departmental reports, stock reports, and operational reviews.
• Monitor lead times and ensure smooth logistics operations for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal company procedures.

• Coordinate consignment documentation for timely customs clearance.
• Work closely with workshop and service teams to ensure effective parts supply synchronization.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in parts logistics, supply chain, inventory, or automotive operations.
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented with ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
• Strong networking, reporting, and coordination skills.
• High level of initiative, flexibility, and result orientation.
