Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Develop and implement the school's performing arts and club coordination vision and strategic plan.

• Lead and oversee all clubs across the school, fostering creativity, confidence, and collaboration in learners.

• Plan and deliver engaging Cambridge Primary and Secondary performing arts lessons covering drama, theatre, and stagecraft, aligned to the relevant curriculum stages.

• Direct and produce school plays, performances, and theatrical productions, managing all aspects from rehearsal to staging.

• Design assessments, track learner progress, and provide meaningful feedback to support artistic development across all stages.

• Hold a bachelor's degree relevant to Performing Arts or Drama with proven experience teaching the Cambridge curriculum and directing school productions.
