PHARMACEUTICAL ASSISTANT II
Job Description
- Arrange drugs according to their classes.
- Dispense medicines and drugs.
- Maintain drugs store/inventory and carry out drugs stock taking.
- Check prescriptions and advise patients on proper use of medicines.
- Initiate procurement of medicines and other pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain records of medicines purchased and dispensed.
- ajiraProvide inputs for preparation of reports.
- Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
- Holder of Ordinary Diploma in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences or its equivalent from a recognized institution with at least upper second class.
- Must be registered by Pharmacy Council of Tanzania.
- Three years of relevant post-qualification working experience.
