Comprehensive Community-Based Rehabilitation in Tanzania (CCBRT) is a locally registered organization first established in 1994. It is the largest indigenous provider of ophthalmic and rehabilitation services in the country. CCBRT aims to be the leading provider of accessible specialized health services in Africa and serves as healthcare social enterprise and through development programmes the community and the most vulnerable. Committed to preventing lifelong disabilities wherever possible, CCBRT is also engaged in extensive maternal and newborn healthcare (MNHC) activities including obstetric fistula repairs and is currently constructing a Maternity and Newborn Hospital.

We are looking for a self-motivated plumber to join our support service department.
The role
You are role includes, repairing cracks corridors, roads and painting, repair and replace all water taps and ensure all taps/toilets and water sinks are in good working order, checking and cleaning soak pit and drainage chambers, Checking and ensuring that the hospital has enough water supply in storage reserve tanks, clean work sites.
The candidate
- Ordinary level Certificate of Education
- Certificate in Plumbing eg Trade test 1 or VETA
- Two years of experience
- Experience on Mason and painting will be added advantage
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- An energetic and flexible team member,
- Has good communication
- Able to resolve issues proactively
