DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
i.    To analyze quotations, to provide overall management of procurement function;
ii.    To participate in the preparation of the procurement plan;
iii.    To collect data in preparation for the materials requirement budget;
iv.    To ensure adherence to procurement procedures;
v.    To advice on proper implementation of public procurement rules and regulation established;
vi.    To assist in collecting store contractors’ records;
vii.    To assist in designing the location index system;
viii.    To facilitate supervision of perpetual stock checking;
ix.    To facilitate in preparation of periodic working schedule;
x.    To facilitate in preparation of the annual stocktaking report; and
xi.    To perform any other duties as assigned by higher authority.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in Procurement Management.
