Procurement & Supply Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Procurement & Supply Officer to manage purchasing and inventory. The ideal candidate will handle supplier negotiations, ensure timely delivery of goods, and maintain proper procurement records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply or related field
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage inventory and supplier relationships
• Computer literacy (MS Office, procurement systems)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting preparation of procument plan,budget and control resources of the procuring process.
• Preparing monthly procument report and submission to the management
• Payment processings for suppliers,attachment of invoice with the LPO ,request and GRN with inspection report
• Inventory control and management, stock taking,inspection issuing and stock recording.
• Alliance with other departments in usage of e-procument system
