Quality Assurance Officer at DZ Card (Africa) Ltd
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to support product quality, process verification, documentation, and reporting within the Payment Card Industry, in compliance with Card Quality Management (CQM) standards and internal procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure quality of card products and related processes in line with CQM standards.
Perform process verification and quality checks across different production and operational stages.
Collect quality and performance data from various workstations and departments.
Prepare quality reports, trend analysis, and summaries for different production stations.
Maintain accurate quality documentation, checklists, and records.
Identify defects, non-conformities, and process gaps, and report findings to management.
Support internal audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or process monitoring, preferably in a regulated environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of Card Quality Management (CQM) or similar quality frameworks is an added advantage.
Desired Skills:
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and good documentation ability.
