RESTAURANT SUPERVISORS [2 POSITIONS]
INDUSTRY: HOSPITALITY
HR WORLD on behalf of our reputable client in the Hospitality Industry we are looking for Restaurant Supervisors who will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the restaurant for its smooth operation on a daily basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Planning and delegating work duties to the staff and ensuring that they work according to the compliance of the restaurant business.
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
• Practicing proper workplace health and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with customers and fellow staff.
• Monitoring staff rosters, and performance, and resolving any grievances.
• Respond to customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining customer services standards set by the employer.
• Screening, interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant staff.
• Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
• Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
• Identify methods our restaurant can use to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits.
• Oversee both front and back of house operations, including wait staff, kitchen crew, and bussing staff.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or any other related field.
• 5 years experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry.
• Strong management skills and excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills and Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive work environment.
