Americares Foundation Tanzania is seeking qualified vendor for printing community Health Worker’s Job Aid Materials. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions (below) in preparing your proposal.
The Printout will be based on the specifications below: -
- Book size B5
- Manilla 240gm white paper
- Spiral binding
- Full color
- Print out should be in “Bango Kitita” format
Delivery Information/Instructions:
- Quotation should indicate the cost of printing one copy
- Timeline for project completion: No later than 7 calendar days after acknowledgment of receipt of the first installment.
- Quotation should indicate Payment terms.
- Quote must be valid for 30 days from time of submission.
- Require vendors to list three past complete projects and the telephone number and email address of a client for each of those projects who is willing to provide a reference
- Require vendors to have legal business registration documents.
- The quotation should be submitted on company letterhead and signed
Evaluation criteria
Offers will be evaluated based on their responsiveness to the specifications and experience of the vendor, price, after sale service, delivery time and other related criteria.
Submission Deadline:
- All Quotations must be submitted to Americares Tanzania Office not later than November 29th, 2022. Quotations submitted after the deadline will not be considered
- All Quotations should be submitted in hard copy (Sealed envelope) to our office or by post office addressed to the Country Director, Americares Tanzania, Box 49, Mwanza.
