Sales Officers
INDUSTRY: MOBILE DEVICE/SMARTPHONE
LOCATIONS: MBEYA, ARUSHA & MWANZA
HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Officer who will be responsible for driving product sales, expanding customer base, and supporting market growth within assigned regions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promote and sell mobile phones and related products to wholesalers, retailers, and key customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall regional sales performance.
Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers to expand market reach.
Conduct regular customer visits to build strong relationships and understand market needs.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends and provide feedback to management.
Collect customer orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely payment collection.
Ensure proper product display, branding, and visibility at client outlets.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and timely dispatch.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years of hands-on experience in selling mobile phones (mandatory).
Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
Computer literacy, especially in MS Office tools.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Strong understanding of wholesale market dynamics.
