Job Description
Minimum education: Bachelors degree
Required Experience: At least 4 years
Job Purpose
To assist the Chief Operating Officer in all matters related to Accounts and Finance and to manage and supervise the accounting function of the company(s_ in compliance with Financial Regulation and inaccordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (GAAP)
Job Experience
- Minimum 4 plus years’ experience working in a reputed organization, in a similar or senior position in Finance and Accounting department
- Education/Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting nafasi za kazi
- Professional Qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
Skills
- Strong professional background with executive Financial Management
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of applicable accounting and Tax Regulations
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Awareness and general knowledge of the logistics industry / Clearing and Forwarding services
- Numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good IT Skills
