Site Engineer / Project Manager

Location: At project site (Upcountry region)

Experience Required: 5 - 7 years in construction / project management

Preferred Candidate: Male

Salary: TZS 3,000,000 (Gross)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all site construction activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven track record in managing construction projects (5-7 years).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in remote project sites.
