DTB Tanzania is expanding its horizons by opening a branch in Singida around October 2019 and the second branch in Zanzibar thereafter. This is a unique opportunity for candidates with the required qualifications to apply for the following positions at DTB Tanzania. 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, and Mathematics
• Exceptional achiever in extracurricular will be an added advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• The prime interface between customers and the bank.
• Assisting customers with issues relating to their accounts and queries relating to cash transactions
• Ensuring effective and efficient customer transactions are handled with the utmost confidentiality

EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• Fresh Graduates
• 1-year experience in the Banking Industry,
• Has a strong service ethic
• Build relationships and networks easily
