About the Role

• Kilihosting is looking for a Job Curator to manage and maintain our job listing websites, ensuring they feature accurate, up-to-date, and high-quality job opportunities. This role involves sourcing, verifying, and publishing job listings, ensuring job seekers have access to legitimate and timely employment opportunities.
• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy, with a keen interest in the job market and recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Research & Source Job Listings – Identify job openings from various sources, including company career pages, recruitment agencies, and employer postings.
• ✅ Verify Job Authenticity – Cross-check job listings to ensure they are genuine, current, and relevant to the Tanzanian job market.
• ✅ Content Creation & Posting – Write concise, engaging, and well-structured job descriptions and upload them to our job portals (Kili Jobs, Ajira Portal, Kazi Portal).
• ✅ Ensure Timeliness & Accuracy – Keep listings updated and well-organized to maintain credibility and usefulness for job seekers.
• ✅ Monitor Industry Trends – Stay informed about employment trends, high-demand sectors, and government/private sector hiring initiatives.
• ✅ Engage with Employers & Recruiters – Build relationships with employers and recruitment agencies to source exclusive job postings.
• ✅ Improve User Experience – Optimize job listings to enhance visibility, readability, and engagement on our platforms.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, HR, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in job posting, content curation, HR, or recruitment is a plus.
• Strong research skills with the ability to verify and validate job information.
• Excellent writing and editing skills (English & Swahili).
• Comfortable working with content management systems (CMS), WordPress, or job posting platforms.
• Attention to detail – Ensuring listings are accurate and error-free.
• Ability to work independently and meet posting deadlines.
