Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Dar es Salaam

Type: Contract

Time: Full Time

Qualification:

• Minimum Advance Diploma required in relevant field
• At least 2 years of Experience as Administrative Officer in Business Organization
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
• Excellent Knowledge on Microsoft Office Applications

Qualities:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the deadline under pressure
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under Key performance Index and provide results in a timely manner

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Providing Assistance Part Activities in the Administration and Business Fields
• Organizing and arranging Korean delegations to Tanzania such as Exhibitions, Seminars, Conference and Online meetings through Match-making
• Handles all Administrative duties and other work assigned
