Safari Automotive Africa Ltd, a leading and rapidly expanding automotive company across Tanzania, is seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Office Administrator to join our team. With operations in six major regions, we specialize in premium vehicle interior upholstery, exterior redesigning, automotive customization, and auto detailing services. About the Role
The Assistant Office Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the company's daily administrative and operational functions. This position involves coordinating office and workshop operations, managing documentation, facilitating inter-departmental communication, and ensuring a smooth workflow. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring adequate supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Professionally handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
- Supervise and manage company and customer fleet vehicles, including documentation and workshop coordination.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal communications.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, and assist with travel arrangements.
- Support HR tasks, such as employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinate administrative duties and provide project support in collaboration with management.
- Maintain accurate company records and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. nafasi za kazi
- Minimum of two years' experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
