Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
Experience
3-5+ years of experience in management, leadership role within retail banking
Proven experience in sales, customer service, and people management
Job Responsibilities
Recruit, train and monitor branch staff to ensure high performance and a motivated workforce
Set and monitor performance objectives and provide regular feedback
ajiraFoster a positive and collaborative work environment
Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under pressure
