Building Maintenance Manager

Role Purpose:

The Building Maintenance Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and sustainable operation of the mall’s physical assets and facilities. The role ensures long-term asset value preservation, cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and a high-quality tenant and visitor experience.

• Governance
• Cleaning, Sanitation & Environmental Management
• Financial Control, Cost Efficiency & Budget Ownership
• Contractor & Service Provider Management
• Energy Efficiency, Sustainability & ESG Performance
• Tenant & Visitor Experience Management
• Governance, Reporting & Decision Authority

Qualifications & Experience

• At least Advanced Diploma in Building Construction Engineering, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Certification in Facilities or Property Management is an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in building/facilities management and/or maintenance.
• At least 5 years in supervisory or managerial positions.
• Proven experience managing contractors and outsourced service providers.
