Job Purpose
To plan, direct, and manage staff in Tanzania and material resources to enable the provision of safe, cost-effective, and high-quality service (professional medical pathology and administrative services) in line with the client needs and organization objectives
Prefered Education
- Masters of Business Administration
- Bachelor’s degree in Science / Healthcare related field
Preferred Knowledge
- Collaborator
- Meditech
- HRIS
- Ms. Office (Document/Report writing, trend analysis on Excel, Training Presentations)
- Intranet/Internet
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to medical pathology
- Knowledge of laboratory standard operating procedures and processes
Relevant Experience
- More than 10 years of relevant working experience 5 years of which are in management
