Mwananchi Communications Limited, publishers of the leading Tanzania newspapers. Mwananchi, The Citizen, and Mwanaspoti is looking for motivated and highly experienced individuals to fill the position of:

DEBT EXECUTIVES (2 POST)

Job Purpose:

To develop, maintain and increase a solidly dependable client base, to sell advertising space and provide an effective service to clients so as to maximize advertising sales volumes and revenue targets.

Main Responsibilities: 

The successful candidates will be responsible for the following key result areas:

• Support the sales teams to reconcile debtors’ accounts.
• Assess credit worthiness of potential and existing customers.
• Accompany sales teams on debt collection visits.
• Support Customer relation efforts and build beneficial contacts with debtors.
• Advice management on matters to do with debtor account management.

nafasi za kaziMinimum Qualifications and Experience:

• University Degree in Commerce. Accounting, and Management.
• Advance Diploma in Management. Accountancy or Professional Accountancy.
• Excellent communication skills, computer knowledge, and familiarity with brands.
• At least 3 to 4 years of working experience.
• Experience in credit control will be an added advantage.
